Use of Services

Any misuse that affects platform stability, customer privacy, or system security may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Soleir account credentials and ensuring all information provided during registration remains accurate and current. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You are responsible for all activities performed through your account and should protect login credentials from unauthorized use.

Intellectual Property
All software, AI models, branding, interface designs, documentation, and platform content available through Soleir remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or modify any portion of the platform without prior written permission from Soleir.
Acceptable Use Policy
Soleir must never be used for illegal, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activities. Payments & Billing
Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in your agreement.

Service Availability

- AI responses may require human review depending on business requirements. Soleir is not responsible for business decisions made solely from automated conversations.
