In Short

A delivery order is an order plus an address. Soleir takes both: it checks that the address is in your delivery zones, notes the instructions and sends a complete ticket to the kitchen.

What happens on the call

Soleir takes the order, then the address, and checks it against your delivery zones. If the address is outside your zones, it tells the customer straight away.

  • Full order with its options
  • Address checked against your delivery zones
  • Floor, door code and instructions noted
  • The customer's phone number on the ticket
  • Ticket printed in the kitchen, with an SMS and email alert
  • Coming soon: delivery updates for your customers by SMS

What your team gets

Every delivery ticket carries the address, the zone and the instructions. Your driver doesn't have to call the customer back for the door code.

‍

How it's set up

We set up your delivery zones (postcodes or towns) and your rules. Delivery is included from the Commande plan.

‍

What it changes

Addresses are checked before the driver leaves, and delivery orders keep coming in during the rush.
